Sapphire Tower is a new high-rise condominium located in downtown San Diego's Columbia neighborhood at the southwest corner of Kettner and A streets

Centurion Partners and Avion Development are constructing the 32-story mixed-use project on the southwest corner of Kettner Boulevard and A Street. The project will contain 96 condominiums, 183 parking spaces, 13,000 square feet of office space and 2,000 square feet of retail space. Construction began in Summer 2006, with completion anticipated for late 2008.
