Erected in 2005, Portland’s Belmont Street Lofts offer contemporary living in the heart of the city’s Belmont District and its many restaurant, coffee, and park options. The building was designed by Holst Architecture, has won AIA design awards, and has been featured in Dwell magazine and the New York Times.
