505 Church Street | Nashville, TN | 37219
Once completed, the 70-story Signature Tower will be one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. To be built on the corner of 5th Avenue and Church Street, the $200-million high-rise was redesigned from its initial concept that was presented last November. That design by Chicago-based architect Lucien Lagrange, included mixed-use space with retail, residential and hotel components. The new concept, which was presented this evening at the Nashville Civic Design Center during its Urban Design Forum, was drawn up by Atlanta-based architect Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates.
The tower is now slated to include 400 condominium homes starting at $400,000 and 19 luxury penthouses priced in excess of $1.6 million. Square footage will vary from 876 square feet to 7500 square feet.
