Wilshire Center, also known as Mid-Wilshire or Koreatown, is a long-standing urban neighborhood that has recently been introduced to high-rise living. The heart of the neighborhood runs along Wilshire Boulevard, between South Hoover Street and South Wilton Place, and is bustling with business activity during the day. By night, the area becomes an entertainment destination, with its numerous restaurants and nightspots. The area is known for its convenience as it is right near Downtown, yet not far from the Westside. It also offers convenient public transit. Most of the condos here are low to mid-rise but there are a few high-rises including SolairThe Mercury and Summit on Sixth.
