The Wilshire Thayer Condominiums

The Wilshire Thayer is a quaint building on the Southeast corner of Wilshire and Thayer. Itʼs entrance is on Thayer as well, making it more convenient to enter and exit. This is one of only two brick buildings on the Corridor and is favored by a surprising amount of people. Due to its almost cult-like following, units go very quickly at mid-range prices. This not-too-well-known jewel on the corridor is 13 stories tall, with only 50 units, and was built in 1981.
