Villa De Leon, an upscale condo development by Tom L. Struhs with 23 luxurious units, will be breaking ground near the banks of the Trinity "any day" now according to Donna Whatley, a sales and marketing associate at the new condominium. She also shared that they have already pre-sold 5 units! The upscale units will offer floor plans starting near 2,000 square feet. The sales center will be coming soon and will feature a level of finish out that is consistent with what the actual units will look like. The developers spent over $1 million to ensure the foundation was properly supported without having awkward support columns running through the middle of each unit. No expense has been spared in an effort to make this Fort Worth's most luxurious address.

In addition, Whatley stated that Struhs' land holdings around the Trinity River have been attracting the eyes of several other investors. Lincoln properties has taken a look, as well as a group out of Chicago. Struhs also has plans for a large mixed use development with retail and a high-rise hotel with condos on the upper levels.
