The much talked about, much anticipated, soon to be restored Montgomery Ward building has already sold over 60% of their available condos. Mat King, a sales associate at Montgomery Plaza said that sales have been strong and that they are about 16 to 18 months out from completion of construction. A VIP ground breaking event is scheduled for October. If you were at the grand opening party you will not want to miss the ground breaking party. Mat stated that the invite list has more than doubled and the size of the celebration will follow suit. In addition pre-construction pricing ends November 30th.

Spa Opens In Montgomery Plaza 7th Street Villa Day Spa recently opened in the Montgomery Plaza. They don't have a website yet, but they should soon. They area located right next to Starbucks. You can call 817-332-3232 for more information.

Sushi soon to come to Montgomery Plaza Ronin Sushi will also be opening it's doors at the Montgomery Plaza within the month of October. Dallas nightclub owner William Powell, with properties including Ruby Lounge, Pandora, 2826... Is investing heavily in Fort Worth's growing hip and trendy market. He has already opened the AquaLounge downtown and by October he will try his hand at Sushi and Sake in the much anticipated and appreciated retail zone of the Montgomery Plaza. Ronin Sushi is located just north of Gloria's on the main thoroughfare through the center of the plaza on west seventh street.
