The Beat offers a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new building in the red hot Cedars neighborhood. This building is directly across the street from the new Dallas Police Administrative HQ and next door to the Cedars DART Rail station (what will gas prices be in a couple years?).  The Beat is a new building but it has some traditional loft elements like concrete floors, exposed ductwork and open floorplans.  There's also a pool and a yard for pets.
