SoCo (South of Commerce) is an authentic loft building located in downtown Dallas, TX.  Built in 1924, SoCo was once a warehouse and Santa Fe Railroad Terminal.  In the 1990s the building was converted to apartments, and then in 2004 they were sold as loft condominiums.  

To really appreciate SoCo you've got to want to live the warehouse loft lifestyle. This means big open windows, high ceilings and hard surfaces. If that's your thing you'll love it, as this building is the real deal.  

One of the best things about this building is the amenities list.  It's usually tough to find good luxury amenities in these old loft buildings, but SoCo features a roof-top pool, deck and bbq area, a fitness center, theater room and storage rooms.
