The Interurban Building is a mid-rise loft rental building in downtown Dallas, TX. The eight story brick and limestone clad reinforced concrete structure was originally constructed in 1916 for the Interurban Railway Company. Now it's comprised of loft apartments and downtown Dallas' only fresh grocery store, the Urban Market. The building is also only one block south of the esteemed Neiman Marcus Flagship store.
