509 Elm is in one of the best urban locations in Dallas. Here you're right next door to the American Airlines Center, West End and Main Street restaurants. You can also hop on the DART Rail and head north for a "no parking nightmare" trip to the Dallas Angelika! You're also only one rail stop away from Victory Park where condos cost twice as much. The only drawbacks to this building are that parking has to be leased and is often not included in the price, and there is no pool. So you'll have to make some friends at the Metropolitan or SoCo Lofts and use their pool.
