Jessica Hill
Jessica grew up in a small town just west of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. She felt very early on the desire to help people through education, direction, and assistance. Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas with a major in Kinesiology and Health Education. She started her professional career as a pre-school teacher where patience, understanding and compassion were prevalent in her daily activities.
After moving to Dallas in 2005, Jessica was drawn to Real Estate. She worked for Keller Williams Realty on the administrative side as well as implemented an education program designed to train newly licensed real estate agents. Jessica utilizes her passion for education and experience to offer the utmost quality assistance, current market knowledge, and highest level of customer service. She joined Emily Ray-Porter in 2010 at Dave Perry-Miller InTown. Her responsibilities include managing listings and marketing for Emily Ray-Porter and Associates, assisting with contract to close duties for Emily Ray-Porter and working with buyers to find their perfect home.
Henry Barber
Henry has been in Real Estate for 9 years and has been a top multi-million dollar producer for the past 5 years. A native Texan, Henry has lived in Dallas since 1987 and exemplifies the urban/modern lifestyle that he loves. He has lived in urban modern homes designed by well-known Dallas Architects and currently lives in a mid-century modern home. InTown and architecturally unique properties are Henry’s specialties. Henry joined Dave Perry-Miller & Associates InTown office after a successful career at another firm. Before that he enjoyed a very long career in the restaurant business where he developed a “Knock Your Socks Off Service” program which has become very successful. His passion for “customer service” and “residential architecture” combined with his many years of experience, management and marketing, makes Henry extraordinarily qualified to find his clients their perfect dream home. Henry also enjoys spending his spare time riding his Harley Davidson, traveling abroad, cooking and being involved in community efforts such as improving the Katy Trail and AIDS Arms LifeWalk.
