The buildings and surrounding grounds are extremely well maintenance, there is 24hr gated security and best of all, a lot of peace and quiet. This peace and quiet is not cheap however. The units themselves actually sell for a very competitive price per square foot but the maintenance fees are a bit hefty. You can expect to pay over $1000 in monthly HOA fees for an average unit in either tower. If you can spare it, you won't be disappointed with what you get, as it seems, once the residents move in, it is hard for them to live anywhere else.
