Seattle Condos & Lofts

Seattle's condo and loft market is on its way up!  While much of the country suffers a glut of empty condos with no buyers, developers in Seattle have seen tremendous demand for their product.  Perhaps that's because Seattle offers such a wide variety of condos and lofts, from historic lofts to the LEED-Certified Mosler Lofts to a modern home in the sky at the new 1 Hotel high-rise.  Whether you're a first time home buyer or seasoned real estate investor, I'm eager to share with you what I know about the Seattle market for condos, lofts, preconstruction investing, or general information about this great city.  You can start your Seattle Condo Search now, or simply contact me and let me know what you're looking for.

About Seattle Real Estate

With nearly 3.3M people, Seattle is the largest city in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. Seattle is often regarded as the birthplace of grunge music, and has a reputation for heavy coffee consumption; coffee companies founded in Seattle include Starbucks, Seattle's Best Coffee, and Tully's. There are also many successful independent artisan espresso roasters and cafes.

Downtown Seattle's population is growing, with a number of high and mid-rise condominium towers being constructed taking on a more Vancouver-like approach to urban living. Most of the new units are priced for the top end of the region's housing market. In March, 2007, it was confirmed by the Seattle Times that the Trump Organization is interested in finding a site in Downtown Seattle for a hotel and residential condo tower. It would be the second of the Trump towers on the West Coast and the first in the Pacific Northwest. If everything goes to plan it would be completed by the end of 2009.
