2801 Erie Residences

Designed by Argentinian architect José Garcia and completed in 2009,2801 Erie is a modern, 13-unit, LEED certified building located in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Hyde Park. The building is just one block from the many shops and restaurants surrounding Hyde Park Square. Building amenities include covered parking and additional storage. The units have hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and a luxurious master bathroom with heated flooring.
