South End Condos and Lofts
Just south of the Boston's Back Bay district, you'll find the popular South End neighborhood. Although South End real estate consists mostly of red-brick bowfront row houses, newer condo and loft buildings like the Modern and 700 Harrison are starting to dot the area. There are many good reasons to call South End home, not the least of which is the wide variety of shops and restaurants along Tremont Street, as well as the nearby Boston Ballet and the Boston Center for the Arts. Feel free to search our South End Condo Directory below, and contact us at any time for a personal tour.

About Boston's South End
The Back Bay was created back in 1857 when the tidewater flats of the Charles River were filled in and developed. Other areas were also developed through 1900, and this huge endeavour nearly doubled the size of the original Boston peninsula. Back Bay today is home to some of New England's most desirable real estate and condos. There are also great shopping districts in the Back Bay, like Copley Place and Newbury Street. Other popular destinations in Back Bay include the Boston Public Library and the Public Garden.
