CenterPoint Condo Review

Last week I visited one of the best condo projects in Tempe, and what might be the best in the state for Urban Living. This marvelous development is called Centerpoint Condominiums. It is a project being created by Avenue Communities, LLC. Avenue Communities is an experienced Canadian company with great success in the Arizona real estate market. Their other successful projects include Third Avenue Lofts in Downtown Scottsdale, Venu at Grayhawk, Edge at Grayhawk in North Scottsdale. This project will be made up of one 22-story and three 30-story residential condos in the center of all the action just off of Mill Ave. The 22-story building (Under Construction and Selling Now) is the first that will be completed. Move in dates starting around April 2008. The amenities will include 23,150 sqft public plaza and a 20,000 sqft of retail shopping on ground level. Grocery store, a wine making facility named PurVine, two private movie theaters, studios for yoga and Pilates classes, steam rooms, in house spa, business center, pool and spa with white sandy beaches on the 7th floor, and a full time resident chef, Troy Thrivierge.
