Each of our team members was asked about some of their favorite places near the office, and here is what we came up with...

Graham Stiles

Tommy’s Hamburger Grill
2455 Forest Park Blvd.
Fort Worth, TX 76110

I've always liked Tommy's Hamburger Grill and was thrilled a few years back when I saw they were opening a location near the office. The burgers here are outstanding with tator tots and an iced tea or beer. I also enjoy their club sandwich. Being on a healthy streak lately, I like to walk over and get a chicken salad. Everything is great and the owners and staff are awesome. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by this Fort Worth institution and see them on Forest Park. They have another location on Camp Bowie and will be opening one near Ridgmar Mall soon as well.

Park Hill Cafe
2974 Park Hill Dr.
Fort Worth, TX 76109

My pick is definitely Park Hill Cafe! Located right down the street from the office I would often stop in and order food to go. My favorite is the roast beef sandwich with a side of horseradish and one of their homemade soups.  One day while waiting I noticed they offered a weekend brunch, needless to say I went that Saturday and was beyond impressed! Everything is super fresh including the basket of muffins and scones they bring around. The best part is the complimentary mimosas! The owners are extremely kind which is an extra bonus!

Caroline Frontera

The Greek House
2426 Forest Park Blvd
Fort Worth, TX 76110

One of my favorite "finds" when we moved our offices from West 7th to the Park Hill area was discovering the Greek House! A new jewel for me but, hardly so to the patrons who have be enjoying the Gyro’s, Salads, and wonderful dishes for years. This family owned restaurant has the sweetest owners, a charming kitschy decor, and one heck of a grilled chicken salad with and herb infused vinaigrette! You may be tempted to skip the carbs and forgo the warm pita bread- don't, it's divine! Do yourself a favor and enjoy a lunch break at this local favorite.

Heim BBQ
1109 W Magnolia Ave
Fort Worth, TX 76104

I knew the minute we discussed this idea I had to talk about Heim BBQ. After hearing all the hype, I tried it myself a few weeks ago, the wait wasn’t very long at all, maybe 5 minutes and the aroma was heavenly! I ordered the brisket, Green Chile mac & cheese, and loaded potato salad. I am really picky when it comes to brisket and I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me the option of lean or fatty brisket. Everything I had was heaven in my mouth. I keep hearing about the bacon burnt ends so that is on my list to try next time. I highly recommend Heim BBQ, you won’t be disappointed.
