City Homes to build "Presidio"- 20 Townhome Units Near Montgomery Plaza

I heard early last month that Centex had purchased land across the street to the west of the Montgomery Plaza and now the word is officially out. City Homes, which is a division of Centex, will build a 20-unit town home development called "Presidio." Pricing has not yet been released but we will keep you posted. City Homes is the same company that has had great success on the Upper West Side with their condo development Westview. Below you can see the early renderings of their attempt at Revival-Style architecture.
