Walker Weeks No Longer An Option

This has not been confirmed, but I have been told, by a very reliable source that Walker Weeks has ended it's campaign to sell it's space as condos and has now decided to lease space to renters.  The reasons for this change of heart are a bit unclear especially because it seemed to be a very attractive project that I received many inquiries about.  Whatever the reason, it was not to be.  Maybe when the immediate surrounding area becomes a little more developed the owners can try again... I'll be watching.
