Condominiums at the Austonian don't sell often, but when they do they set records for sales prices in downtown. In 2016 there were 10 condos sold at The Austonian. The average closing price was $1,693,700 and the average sold price per square foot was $861.33. That represents a 7.7% increase over the 2015 average price per square foot of $799.51. In 2016 it took an average of 109 days to sell a condo at The Austonian which is above the overall downtown Austin average of 60.

In 2015 there were 21 total sales which is a busy year compared to 2014 when only 9 Austonian condos changed hands.
